The Staffline Group was established in 1986 and over time has grown into a national organisation specialising in logistics, e-retail, manufacturing, driving, food processing and white collar recruitment. We provide and manage workforces and use training and business improvement techniques to ensure increased levels of efficiency to give our clients a significant commercial advantage.

From our network of more than 400 locations, we supply in excess of 43 million hours of temporary labour each year to our diverse portfolio of more than 1,300 clients, including the major supermarket chains, food growers and manufacturers, logistics and distribution centres, customer service organisations, the care sector and welfare to work.
Our dedicated welfare to work and skills division, PeoplePlus, which incorporates Avanta and 2015 acquisition A4e, provides a ground-breaking and highly effective approach to reducing worklessness. Our Employment Centres offer jobseekers practical, sector-specific experience of working in various professional directions, placing them back into sustainable employment. We are one of the largest Work Programme providers in the UK in terms of the number of jobseekers supported and contracted regions serviced, with a Work Programme presence in nine CPAs (regions) as a prime contractor and six further regions as a sub-contractor.
